I've had to fix pins with little to no tools before. I've actually had an LGA 1150 socket in far worse shape, with broken pins even, with a CPU that had a bad de-lidding and was even missing a regulator (one of the capacitor like pieces was clearly missing, knocked off) and all of this still worked. Try a local PC repair place. I had a similar thing happen to my old AMD 64 3200+. To cut a long story short, the CPU had stuck fast on the heatsink when I removed it; with the force it took to come off, the CPU dropped on my bedroom floor, which bent a few pins.
